I don’t think i will visit this hotel again
This is my second visit, this place used to be amazing, but now it is ok. The cleanliness is excellent, first day i arrived there was no water in our room for more than 4 hours, and on and off for the next 3 days, i requested an iron to use, when i wasn’t in my room they took it without telling and i found it was the only one for the whole floor, the entertainment for the first 2 days was very boring and ok for the rest… the food was very good…they used to give 2 vouchers for the Italian and Mexican restaurants… now they don’t and when i ask why they said policy have changed…on my checkout day they kept calling every 15 mins to tell me that i have to checkout today or i will pay extra penalty 40$

Nice hotel
It was good and we really enjoyed alot, specially animation team and mix max show during feast. Food was tasty and alot of varieties Pool was perfect 😍 But stoney beach Alot of activities to do Only one thing wasnt pleased of that i tried to change my type of booking from double to single with child through hotels but I cant and when i reached the hotel ,the front desk insisted that he cant do anything and that's really annoyed me

Amazing Hotel
This was our second visit to Tropitel, and it even exceeded our first, Room is beautiful and clean, Water Slides are very fun for the kids and even the Adults, Sea activities and animation team are amazing, Food variety and taste is so delicious as well. all in all Tropitel is so good

Excellent vacation destination Pros + Gorgeous Snorkeling and diving spots. + Nice pools varieties + Clean and spacious rooms + delicious food with good varieties. + friendly staff Cons - One has to walk for long to reach sea swimming and snorkeling spots. Not convenient very specially for elderly guests. - Too many stairs to reach the restaurant or reception. Mind the room location for the elderly guests - Bad golf car rental service. Faulty cars (not sure if this is controlled by the hotel or not)

I don’t think i will visit it again
It’s the 4th time for me to visit this hotel. The service wasn’t that good. Food was very bad not as before , no varieties, taste wasn’t good. Air conditioning wasn’t working and they came twice to repair it and even they didn’t clean the room after finishing. The TV sometimes doesn’t work just a freezing screen and i asked to repair it too. The service at the beach was very bad as they are sharing it with another hotel and even there was only representative from the other hotel nobody from tropitel. The view was great as it was a sea view room.

Good hotel, good food, beach is rocky, you have to go through the long bridge to be able to swim and too many people swiming in a very small area

Excellent, friendly staff throughout the resort. Kitchen team friendly and went above and beyond. Tasty fresh juices in the morning. Aymane and the whole staff serving during meal times went above and beyond to ensure any needs, requests met/addressed. animation team were engaging and entertaining. Entire resort team makes you feel like family and welcome without pressures of extra costs/fees.The only thing needs improvement is to get Wifi inside rooms.

Actually it’s not about the property it’s about Expedia I reserved a room and paid online and when I reach the hotel they didn’t find any reservation and they asked for double price to accommodate and all my vacation was fights between me and the hotel and Expedia which I don’t trust anymore and will never ever book something on it again and never to be recommended again from me !
