The royal mountain hotel is managed by a lovely gentleman. He made our stay feel safe and comfortable. The room we had was very spacious for our family of 5. The pool is nice and refreshing after a long day. The hotel is located in the west bank so close to the valley of the kings and the Hatsheput temple. This place felt like home and we loved our stay here. There is not many restaurants near the hotel but with a bit of notice the manager can organise food served at the terrace. Thanks Khudri...

We loved our stay at Crowne Plaza. We were initially booked for 4 nights and then extended a further 3. Everyone is so lovely and helpful. Highly recommend the Armenian restaurant they have on site called Mayrig.

Staff and reception were faultless.I would definitely return. A quirky hotel that is highly recommended

Accomadation was nice a wee bit of muck tup first night re two rooms but sorted the next day.staff excellent sorted problem as quick as they could as we arrive early hours in morning

A great hotel, tucked away from Luxor centre but very close to west bank sites. Relaxing and enjoyable. Good facilities. Massages at the spa were passable and certainly not the best we have had, so there's room for improvement there. What stood out was their ability to taylor private sites visits with their driver and the availability of a really good guide, Mr Omar, and that in itself made our stay even better. The food options at the property are ok, not vast, but of really good quality...

Great

Couldn't fault the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff extremely helpful and friendly, nothing too much trouble. Inhouse dining excellent and good value.

We loved our stay at Great Pyramid Inn All the staff were very friendly and approachable and wanting to help. The highlights include the view from our room of the pyramids, the delicious breakfast, rooftop restaurant and the excellent laundry service. We used the complimentary airport pick up and the driver was very friendly and a safe driver which gave us comfort as we arrives at 1.20am. The location is exceptional being a 2mon walk to the pyramids entrance and a short drive to the...

Fabulous staff and amenities.

Staff very courteous and friendly and made you feel welcome.

Beautiful hotel, well maintained and staff are beyond helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would have loved to stay longer. 100% recommended

The room was exactly as advertised in the photos. It was very clean. The studio apartment was very spacious with the added benefit of the washing machine/ dryer. The staff were friendly, helpful and went over and above to help in any way (carrying luggage, getting taxi etc) Worth noting you need to go online & prebook time for breakfast & what you would like.
