"This hotel provided excellent services from check in to check out. Staff were friendly and professional. The room was spacious and clean, with a very nice view. The onsen experience was superior as the hotel had different onsen pools for guests to enjoy, and the changing room was also very neat and clean. "This was one of the most beautiful and peaceful places we have ever stayed. The lounge was filled with tasty treats and drinks in the afternoons and outside was a beautiful area with a foot bath. The hot springs were wonderful and the kaiseki dinners were amazing. The hotel staff members were very accommodating and gracious when dealing with a mixup about the reservation. We enjoyed the entertainment in the lobby at night. There is a convenient bus to and from Sendai station. You can purchase roundtrip tickets when you get off the bus, for a slightly discounted price. Our room was so spacious and comfortable that I miss being there already. Highly recommend and we will be back!"

"The spa is quite far out but has accessable buses from Sendai Station. The onzen was wonderful and clean. Staff was very friendly and spoke english. Only word of caution is unless you eat at the hotel, dinner options are limited and youd have to walk into town. Still a wondeful experience and would definitely stay again if we are in the Miyagi area. "
