The onsen experience was superior as the hotel had different onsen pools for guests to enjoy, and the changing room was also very neat and clean. "スタッフの方々のサービスはとても親切で良かったと思います。館内も癒されるもので溢れていて居心地も良かったです。お食事は盛り付けも綺麗ですし演出も最高なのですが量、質が満足出来た感じではありませんでした。山形県産米を使っていたのですがお家で炊いたご飯の方がツヤ感ももち感も上でした。県産米が生かされていなくて残念です。せっかくの素敵な旅館なのでお食事のグレードはもっとＵＰしても良いと思います。"

"This was one of the most beautiful and peaceful places we have ever stayed. The lounge was filled with tasty treats and drinks in the afternoons and outside was a beautiful area with a foot bath. The hot springs were wonderful and the kaiseki dinners were amazing. The hotel staff members were very accommodating and gracious when dealing with a mixup about the reservation. We enjoyed the entertainment in the lobby at night. There is a convenient bus to and from Sendai station. You can purchase roundtrip tickets when you get off the bus, for a slightly discounted price. Our room was so spacious and comfortable that I miss being there already. Highly recommend and we will be back!"
