"What a beautiful hotel. The staff was wonderful. The room was very cozy, clean and comfortable. The beds were fantastic! I believe it was Robby at the front desk who was super nice. We stayed a total of 4 nights and were very pleased. Verona, the restaurant, was amazing and we ate dinner there for 2 nights. Yummy!"

"I would never recommend this hotel. The room was not clean at all chunks of dirt on the floor the jacuzzi tub appeared to have been painted but was scratch and nasty. A used vape was laying on the mattress between the wall and the mattress. We checked for bed bugs! Were the sheets even changed, who knows. We checked right out, in the room less than 10 minutes. They are now refusing to give us the money back for both nights. Poor customer service. Happy Anniversary weekend to us. The lady at the front desk was very kind but the management since has been poor, I called 3 days ago asking for a complete refund and crickets. Ridiculous!!"

"Property is pretty and rooms are appointed beautifully. The shower looked a bit unloved, grout was dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in some time. Front desk staff was professional though lacking customer service. From my experience staying at other hotels at the same price point, the level of customer service was underwhelming. I visited the restaurant on site, Park 600, and received the opposite in customer service. The bartender (Erika?) was wonderful! She was welcoming, engaging, took care of everyone. Mixed delicious drinks. The food I ordered was sub par. While I think the hotel is beautiful, I will stay somewhere else next time I’m in town. "

"We were surprised at this Super 8. It was EXCELLENT! The breakfast was ok; some fresh fruit would be great. The breakfast is a continental breakfast and waffle making station. The room was clean. Bed and pillows were comfy. ALL of the staff were extremely kind, friendly, professional and helpful. There was more than enough parking, with larger spots for RVs or Transport Trucks. We will stay here again if required and recommend it."
