TENANT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROPANE FEE USED TO HEAT THE POOL. PROPANE IS OVER $5 A GALLON AND CAN RUN FROM $200-400 PER DAY DEPENDING ON YOUR USE
Only 5 cars allowed on the property. Anyone visiting the house other than the paying guests needs to be approved by Landlord in advance. drive slow
Do not play music loud at night as noise travels I have provided two speakers for the outdoor area. We like to keep the Cedar Tub area as a quiet zone
