"Jay was very thorough, responsive, and helpful in providing information about the house and the area. The house was spacious and clean with plenty of comfortable sleeping space for all 13 people in our group. All promised features (the hot tub, the video games, the gym equiptment, then kitchen appliances, the fire place) were working, clean, and in good condition. The property was lovely and I'm sure it's especially great in warm summer months. "

Easy access to grocery store and the famous Round Swamp store to stock up delicious fruits, veggies and ready-made delicacies. The house is authentic Hamptons with great old and new details. Gorgeous yard and peaceful pool. Easy to BBQ and eat inside or out. Stay Marquis was easy to use and access/departure was clear and simple."
