"Very nice location. Not a five star hotel but comfortable enough. We stayed her mostly for the convenience of being near the station, food, shops and the heart of shinjuku. Rooms could be updated but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the rooms. Bathrooms are nice and updated. Would stay again. "

"Room was clean although it’s old hotel. Normally I stay here in Tokyo because of convenience of transportation. This time, I had to request to change the room because of the smell of smoke coming into the room in the evening although it was on non-smoking floor."

"The hotel looks lovely from the outside and lobby but the rooms feel very stuffy and the bathroom didn’t feel clean. Staff did not communicate well in English and the breakfast was the same every day and not very good. I felt for the cost we paid wasn’t really worth it. We spent 5 nights with another couple and tbey felt the same as we did. The location is very central to the shops and restaurants. The Lobby bar was also very nice with good service. "
