"Water too hot"

"Everything was good and felt very nice but just one thing i felt uncomfortable was that there was no shower in the room. So guests need to go public spa when they want to take a small shower. …"

"Room was amazing and huge! We got a private Onsen in ours and it was so cool! Definitely recommend staying there!!"

"Rooms were very clean and large! The staff were also very helpful and kind. Would definitely stay here again."

"We loved everything!; I highly recommend for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, private onsen, prime location and customer service. "

"Staff are nice, room is clean, onsen is awesome!! And location is great, right next to the bus terminal. "

"Excellent food, customer service, and overall experience."

"Everything was amazing. The room was spacious and my wife and I were able to rest and recover after a long multi week trip through Japan and Korea. The only downside was that the laundry facilities were temporarily out of service during our stay. Other than that I highly recommend for a peaceful night to recover the body."

"虫が室内でも多かった。"
