"I just stayed here one night as part of a longer journey. The hotel is a few steps away from the station, so it’s super convenient! The staff were all super friendly and the room was very comfortable."

"The room was clean and spacious, and the onsen was nice. The dinner was good overall, but the sashimi was not fresh enough and needs to be improved."

"Great ryokan with lovely onsen. Water was very hot but relaxing. Half board banquet style meals were a lot of fun along with wearying the traditional Japanese clothing. Lots of selection and different kinds which was nice. Room was huge and the outdoor tub was lovely. Recommended for sure. "

"I had a really comfortable stay at Route-Inn. The room is nice and bed comfy. The breakfast buffet was superb and there are lots of options for affordable dining close by. It is a bit of a walk to get to the train station and some bus stops but I was able to get everywhere I needed just fine. "

"私個人のアクシデントに対し惜しみなくご協力くださり、スタッフの温かいケアが有り難かったですまた、ホテル外観と周囲の実った稲穂が融合した美しい景観、レセプション周辺の広くて明るい空間、地震で倒壊した家屋の瓦を使用した中庭のアート、温泉やサウナにも癒されましたただ、上階からドスンドスンという音が真夜中を含めて何度も聞こえた事と、紙管という材質ゆえに致し方ないとは思うのですが、特にイスが劣化により清潔感が無く感じられた点がとても残念でした"

"Absolutely over the top 3 day stay at this ryokan. We opted for meals inclusive and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of food. The staff was amazingly attentive! Please consider a pickup at Shinjo station, we took a cab, there is a public bus but it was a two hour wait and we had luggage. Can arrange for luggage storage at Shinjo station? When train service is restored from Shinjo to semi onsen station perhaps that will be a viable option. Yumeminoyado will pick up at Semi onsen station with prior notice. Email communications with the hotel was responsive also, appreciated that! Overall a fantastic stay, highly recommend! "

"Hotel and room good, has everything need, close to the station. The only thing was hard pillows and need to get a different pillow from reception. There only a few pillows so not enough for all rooms. Better to have a softer pillow in room anyway."

"Beautiful property. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Hotel personnel are courteous and friendly-everyone greets you and willing to answer any questions. The front desk was very helpful in making reservations at the restaurant we were interested in. The man who escorted us to the room spoke English and pointed out various locations in the hotel (breakfast venue, onsen, lounge). He was so pleasant and courteous. Onsen is large and very relaxing. We had a wonderful stay."
