"Great location, great food, amazing staff but a little dated in places. We had a strange smell coming from the AC and the room was a bit tired looking. The furniture was all dented, but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeper was brilliant and even made a towel birthday cake for my mum. If I ever find myself in Hurghada again, I will return. Thanks"

"This was our second stay at Sunrise Mamlouk Palace Hotel. The staff goes above and beyond to make you enjoy your holiday to the fullest, especially the reception and holiday concierge staff. The rooms are spacious,clean and some of them renovated recently. The best thing in my opinion is that the facilities are shared with the sister hotel Sunrise Garden Beach resort, so you can use the pools and restaurants of both hotels, as well as the very well equipped gym. "My favourite thing about this hotel was the beach. Not the most picturesque, but had comfy padded sunbeds (organised in groups with shades and screens), gentle sandy slope in the sea, good snorkelling right off the beach and a camel giving rides for children. The kids loved the water slides and the pools were well maintained and life-guarded. The hotel was generally spotlessly clean and gardens well kept. Our room in the family block near the slide pool was plenty big enough for 4, and our kids...

"Great hotel, staff was amazing they went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Food was so delicious and so many varieties. Zachariah the assistant front desk manager provided a great customer service, the chef on the grill station, the housekeeping manager,Adam in the restaurant and the beach team were so friendly and helpful.
