⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best Resort in Hurghada Without a Doubt Sunrise Crystal Bay is hands down the best resort I’ve ever stayed at in Hurghada. From the moment we arrived, everything was top-notch. The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a true luxury experience from start to finish. If you’re planning to stay here, I highly recommend booking in the Posh Club. It takes your entire experience to another level. Exclusive areas, premium service, total relaxation. It made our trip unforgettable. What really made the stay special was the service. Huge shoutout to Hussien. This man genuinely cares. He looked after me and my family like royalty and made sure everything was perfect. He’s professional, kind, and on top of every little detail. Hussien is simply the best of the best. If you’re thinking about booking Sunrise Crystal Bay, do it. You’ll be glad you did. Already counting down the days until we return. Five stars all the way.

The place is impressive. The best resort I have ever visited. Very clean, with many choices in food and drinks. What makes this place special is its people, a big thank you for the perfect hospitality to Mado, Jimmy, Cooper and Crush from animation team also Aziz from Housekeeping management team. Listen, this resort is amazing!!! We were sooo impressed with everything. The food options and the quality of the food is phenomenal and there is always something you will find to enjoy. The only thing we weren’t crazy about was the far walk from our room. Which was completely our fault because we chose sea side view and it was an AMAZING view but it was so far from the lobby and restaurant etc but apart from that, the experience here was perfect. We will definitely come back soon. Thanks for an unforgettable experience!

Great hotel, staff was amazing they went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Food was so delicious and so many varieties. Zachariah the assistant front desk manager provided a great customer service, the chef on the grill station, the housekeeping manager,Adam in the restaurant and the beach team were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and we will be back again.

We stayed for 10 days in one of their Junior suites, and while we had a great time, I'm not sure I would rate Crystal Bay as a 5 star hotel. It is however definitely a very good 4 . The hotel has a very large footprint so if you're situated down near the lagoon (as we were) then it can be a bit of a hike to get to the main part of the hotel. The flip side of this is though that the hotel doesn't feel crowded and getting things like loungers or a drink is no problem at all. There is genuinely nothing majorly negative I can say about this hotel, the staff are amazing (shout out to Sameh at the Oasis beach bar), the grounds are immaculate, and the food in the a la carte restaurants is fantastic (Try the Kashmiri Lamb Rogan Josh at Manohar!!!). If I had to mark it down it would be based on the consistency between bars/restaurants i.e. a coffee or drink in one bar can be quite different to the next bar. Also, the people trying to sell you spa or beauty treatments while you are just lying by the beach is quite annoying (we had 4 approaches on our first morning), although we did discover you can grab a red flag from the towel station to combat this.

So far as the hotel is concerned I do not have a single complaint about. The rooms and public areas were clean and well tended, the gardens are a delight. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and bent over backwards to provide excellent service. A special shout out to Romel in Yades - though there were many others whose names I did not get; he served us every breakfast and lunch. We also had massages in the Spa which were excellent. The only area of concern was in respect of the beauty salon, we were offered and accepted on my part 2 x facials and 2 x manicure my partner also had a 2 x pedicure. He was reasonably happy with his pedicure, but the manicure and facial fell well short of what I would expect. Facial - no cleanse at start just 3 consecutive masks; each wiped off which a damp sponge not properly cleansed and lastly a lick of moisturiser whole time 23 minutes- usual time one hour, Manicure no finger soak no hand massage, poor filing of the nails used a sawing motions when it should be one way rough and hurried treatment of cuticle, but worst of all the clippers etc were not sterilised between customers. Total time 17 minutes usual time one hour. As the deal included two I went back to see if that had been a bad day - but know just even quicker and new clear nail polish was applied over old instead of removing it. I doubt any of the staff are professionally trained.

Die Anlage ist großzügig, sehr gepflegt und einfach traumhaft schön gestaltet – ein echter Ort zum Wohlfühlen.Das höhere Management und besonders unsere persönliche Betreuerin Hager verdienen ein großes Lob: Sie ist ein wahrer Engel auf Erden! Mit ihrer warmherzigen Art und ihrem Engagement hat sie wirklich versucht, all unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht. Vielen Dank! Wir waren als Posh-Up Gäste mit besonderen Leistungen im Hotel, ich war mit meinen zwei erwachsenen Kindern dort – einer davon ist ein junger Mensch mit Down-Syndrom. Insgesamt hatten wir eine schöne Zeit, aber leider möchten wir auch einen Punkt ansprechen, der uns etwas enttäuscht hat:Der Service durch einige Kellner in allen Bereichen (Restaurant, Bars, Strand etc.) war leider nicht auf dem Niveau, das wir bei einem Hotel dieser Klasse erwartet hätten. Wir fühlten uns häufig übersehen oder nicht willkommen – was uns verwundert hat, da wir stets freundlich, respektvoll und offen aufgetreten sind. Es ist schwer zu sagen, ob es sich um ein grundsätzliches Problem handelte oder ob es nur unsere persönliche Erfahrung war. Auffällig war, dass einige Servicekräfte überfordert und sehr gestresst wirkten.Trotzdem: Die positiven Eindrücke überwiegen – insbesondere durch das Engagement des oberen Personals und das tollen Ambiente.

Excellents confort et services

Accueil très confortable avec un jus de fruit frais dans un magnifique hall. Arrivés en avance pour le check-in, On nous a tout de suite orientés vers le restaurant (l’hôtel semble 100% all inclusive). Il y a 7 restaurants, mais rien que le buffet principal était parfait (variété (avec changements tous les jours) qualité et propreté. Le service des boissons était rapide et les serveurs très professionnels. La terrasse ombragée était particulièrement agréable. La chambre était spacieuse , très propre (sans sable!) et la salle de bain fonctionnait parfaitement. 2 petites bémols: le matelas du lit supplémentaire pourrait être meilleur et la Clim pourrait être un peu plus basse (il fait 30degres la nuit à l’extérieur). L’extérieur est splendide, avec de très belles piscines et une plage privée très bien aménagée. Il est toujours possible de trouver de quoi s’allonger confortablement à l’ombre. Là encore, le service est partout: personnel souriant, discret, efficace. Le restaurant de la plage est vraiment très agréable. Hôtel récemment rénové (visiblement) avec un très haut niveau de prestation. Excellent.

Ett eget lite paradis resort!

Vi reiste hit for en avslappende tur på over to uker. Hoved fokuset var å slappe av på resortet, sole, bade og spise god mat. Alle krav ble møtt og vi var alt i alt veldig fornøyde! Hotellet så bra ut og uteområdet var helt fantastisk. Flere basseng med ulike temperaturer, plus en egen liten sand strand. Anbefaler å bestille med all-inclusive. Da får man stort utvalg av mat og drikke(samt alkohol og drinker) og dessert. Mesteparten av maten er av god kvalitet! Meieriprodukter og brød er selvfølgelig ikke deres spesialitet, men di har mye ellers mye bra. 7 restauranter med ulike cusine. Indisk, gresk, arabisk grill osv.. Når man ligger rundt pool og strandområdet på solsengene så får man servert drikke hele dagen om man ønsker. Eneste minuset er slitte, gamle rom, dårlig internett og litt masete butikk/kiosk arbeidere som tar veldig dyre priser for varene. Anbefaler deg å ta en 10 min gåtur til nærmeste matbutikk på et shoppingcenter i nærheten. Ellers spilles en del høy musikk rundt bassenget da noen innleide ungdommer har flere aktiviteter på dagtid. Kan oppleves som kjekt og underholdende eller litt irriterende(etter to uker).
