"Loved the facility. The staff were amazing and location was perfect. Very walkable but my only concern was the safety around the hotel. Since it is in an alley it could feel a little unsafe at night"

"Awful smell, took a while to find out what it was; mouldy vegetables left in the kitchen cupboard. Floor boards upstairs extremely creaky; never heard anything like it. Every time we sat on the sofa it sounded like it was going to snap in half. Beds very uncomfortable, especially in front bedroom, your bum touches the base of the bed."
"Very nice aoartment, overall a lovely convenient place to stay for the arena .
Only my personal preference would be cotton bedding and heavier duvet and better quality pillows for the winter also the overhead kitchen cupboards are in need of an update as quite difficult to shut .

"We secured hotel accommodations via Expedia for a concert. The selected hotel, however, did not meet expectations. The property currently resembles a construction site, and the premises are permeated by the odor of cannabis. Contacting the owner for check-in proved difficult. Furthermore, the Inn lacks amenities, including parking and toiletries. The communal washroom facilities are poorly maintained. It is concerning that companies continues to list this establishment."
"We were unable to access the property because the itinerary code that Hotels.com gave us wasn’t recognised by the hotel operator.
When we called Hotels.com, no one was able to answer us in real time so we didn’t get access to the property. Ended up sleeping in our car."

"Personally did exactly what it said on the tin, perfectly suitable for my needs and cost during visit, My sister and niece made more use of the utilities(Pool. spa etc) and they loved it.
When I return to Manchester, definitely will be staying, hopefully a bit longer and use utilities"

Restaurant and Starbucks in the hotel. We went to an event at the Coop live and it was perfect, as we left there were queues a mile long to go back into the centre of Manchester but nothing coming out to the village hotel, glad we chose this one. "You know i can tell you about the stay but in fact THERE WAS NO STAY. the property is a SCAM. I knocked at the door multiple times and nobody answered, i was left no instructions to even access the property either. So when i applied for a refund i was refused and left no answer. The owner wouldn’t even pick up the phone. It’s an absolute disgrace that i’ve lost the money aswell as a university student it’s just sad. Never ever visit this place as it’s actually shocking "
