"I am an American who stayed at this property while visiting family stationed in Okinawa. The hotel is easily accessed, quiet, and the room was clean and as described. The front desk of this hotel is only staffed from 3 PM to Midnight. Staff do not speak much English, so have a translate app available to assist you if you do not speak Japanese. There are 7-11 and Lawson convenience stores a short walk from the hotel. I plan to stay here again when I return to visit family next year. "

"ベッドシーツにシミがあり、🐜が数匹はっててスタッフに確認してもらいましたが、替えのシーツがなく有り合わせのカバーを敷き、被り布団、クッションを撤去しました。女子トイレもチェックイン後、故障で使用不可。部屋のドアも床とこすれて人一人通れるのがやっと。とにかく汚い、というしかない。バイトスタッフであろう方には「ここで宿泊して健康被害に遭ったら、そちらも困るはずだから、基本的な清掃はちゃんとして下さい」と、伝えました。"

"The self check-in process was somewhat slow, and the interface was not very intuitive for older guests. A more streamlined and user-friendly check-in procedure would greatly improve the experience. That said, the overall environment is pleasant and offers good value for the price."

"Very spacious hotel room. Difficult to get to the hotel without a car. Free amenities bar was great as well. Some areas of the hotel did smell like sewage especially near our room. But they had friendly staff and a great fitness room. "
