Facility was clean and safe. It was easy to walk to restaurants nearby. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices including many options for gluten and dairy free eating.

I requested every other day for them to clean and that did not happen. Is why I did not rate a 5. They were friendly and breakfast they had many choices. The staff was great.

We have a short staff due to illness and we can't provide a daily service. Please accept my sincerest apologies.
Desperately needs updating and maintenance. Lampshades were permanently warped, the light in the bathroom shower over the tub was loose and about to fall out. The tv base was so crooked I had to use a small bowl from the kitchen to prop it up so the picture would be straight. Bed was very comforting and bedding was very nice. The chair and couch were very small like teenager furniture and not comfortable at all. The staff was the best part of my stay. They were very welcoming. Parking was a challenge. Not enough room to easily maneuver my large suv in and out.

The property is very run down. The rooms were clean, but the mattresses were terrible--I was sleeping on a slope all night trying not to roll into my husband. We had to move the couch to make room to pull out the sofa bed and the mattress was very thin and stained. We chose this room for the sleeper sofa and it was unusable because it was so thin and uncomfortable--even for kids.

I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed at this Marriott location. There were no towels in the room the pillows and sheet smelled, the mattress was super uncomfortable. I have major back pain due the uncomfortable mattress.
I asked to switch the rooms and had to go to the front desk to get towels and clean sheets.

We had a nice one night stay. The. Breakfast included with our stay was outstanding! The room was really nice with the full size kitchen too.

Very disappointed in renting a room that was not accessible for a person in a wheelchair. On the website it’s says room is wheelchair accessible but they are not. I couldn’t get a refund because it was booked through Hotels.com. Hotel needs to be updated as well

Was easy to change room options since my husband has bad knees and the stairs eould have been to hard on him. Very friendly people. The lady that puts out the food for breakfast is very sweet.

I love the rooms in this place. I gave it a lower ranking than usual, because furniture was missing. There’s usually two chairs at the table and a recliner. The recliner and the second chair was missing.

I've stayed all around the Sacramento area and this one was surprisingly really good. My room was spacious and quiet. The breakfast had lots of options. The staff was all friendly. Only downside is there isn't much to eat around the area.

The place was nice but unfortunately my room had an unbearable smell, no iron but there was an ironing board, & the closet doors were falling off. I would not recommend this place nor will I go back.
Great place for a family to stay. Furniture can use an upgrade. Nice having a kitchen, we cooked Thanksgiving dinner with no problems. Tina,asst.mgr. is the best..Great breakfast.was much more than a continental breakfast. Many choices.
I was charged a $500 deposit which is double the amount Expedia said that I may be charged $250 for a deposit. I believe the only reason I was charged a $500 deposit is because I’m black. I’ve stayed at this particular residence in before but my girlfriend who’s white checked in and they charged her a $100 deposit. For the same type of room paid for through Expedia.
I wonder what would’ve happened if I didn’t have the $500 I would’ve been out my nonrefundable monies for a room because I couldn’t pay $500 when Expedia said that my deposit was going to be no more then $250 in writing. Be careful if you’re black and you want to stay here at this particular residence Inn be prepared to pay double with Expedia said your deposit should be. Clearly when you charge somebody double of what the expected price is for a deposit it is a deterrent that black person from coming back. Parking was free there’s no minibar. The only thing you could have is upgraded Internet for $4.95 a day. Please tell me how $500 for incidentals makes sense?

The Residence Inn was a very nice property. Our room was a good size. The only downside was the walls were kinda of dirty and the beds were really uncomfortable.
Rooms are dated. Beds uncomfortable. Only 1 waste can and it’s in the kitchen. TV is in an inconvenient spot if watching tv from the bed. Very large rooms but had to walk 2 flights of steps to get to the front door.. Limited water pressure! Nice front desk personnel!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was so quiet and peaceful and comfortable and we felt at home right away. Beds comfortable and one of the few residence inns that still had kitchen supplies. Restful night.
