Quiet Petite Garden Retreat

  • This private studio is tucked away on the back of the property of a single family home in a quiet family friendly neighborhood across the street from Bohemian Park. Easy freeway access to business 80 and walking distance to Town and Country village with shopping, Sprouts Market, Trader Joe's, Starbucks, restaurants and CVS Pharmacy.
    The space
    This petite yet comfortable and well appointed studio is just what you need to recharge and relax during your business or pleasure trip to Sacramento. There is wireless internet to support your business and travel needs. Appointed with 1 comfortable queen sized bed. There is a pub table for eating and computer time, silverware and dishes for your use, a microwave, mini fridge and smart TV with Roku. The bathroom has a shower and is stocked with toiletries for your stay. There is an iron, small ironing board, and a hair dryer available. Enjoy the yard and use the private and serene space to recharge during your stay.

    Guests will have access to the studio, adjacent deck, plus the relaxing and serene back yard.

Host was quick to answer questions. It’s a nice back unit, very quiet. There’s a park across the street, which was great to walk my dogs. I was in the area for a dog show, I would definitely stay here again. A great property and host especially if you are traveling with dogs. Thank you for a great stay.
blue blanket is my dog travel blanket, not bedding provided. I try to cover the bed, knowing dogs will get on it.

Great quiet location and by park-- beautiful backyard and garden

Perfect location for my dog and I. I did keep her on leash in the backyard because there was an old rat poison dispenser, but that was easy enough. The picnic tables and lounge chair were nice touches too.

I can't believe I didn't do this sooner. My host was amazing and so was the little cabin in the backyard. A sweet spot to stop well in Sacramento for overnight. Great for dog and a park across the street.

Le Petit Jardin

I would recommend 'le Petit Jardin' I was in town for a seminar which was nearby. This is a super quiet location and the bed was firm. I was able to get a good night's sleep. The room was clean and I felt like I was in this little garden retreat. I would stay here again the next time I am back in SAC.

The interior was clean however the exterior presentation is lacking care and the first impression is less than desirable. It has potential if a bit more love is given. The bathroom is really tight with limited room and having to step up or go down same at night less than desirable.

Quit Petit Garden Retreat cottage

The little cottage was a perfect spot for our needs. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood with a very lovely park across the street. The garden around the house was beautiful, we enjoyed having space for our small dog. The only thing is that there is a deep step up to the bathroom someone with bad knees may have trouble stepping up. Also the toilet is in need of repair. The hostess was kind and left a nice bottle of wine and a dark chocolate bar for us to enjoy! Thanks for sharing your cottage the price is more than fare. I would like to send the owner a few photos I took of her home. Thank you again

I enjoyed my stay and so did my dogs! The yard was full of wonderful plants and places for them to explore! The host gifted me with a nice bottle of wine and some chocolate! Easy to check in and out!

Nice little place for one or two people and a short stay. I enjoyed being across the street from the park as it was a nice place to walk the dogs. The area was quiet and felt safe.The sheets and comforter were very soft and comfortable, but the bed was a little firm for my preference. The sink in the bathroom didn’t seem to be able to provide warm or hot water but the rest of the shower and kitchen did. The shower didn’t look like it had been cleaned from the last people. The yard was very peaceful but is overgrown. I would stay here again for a short stay.

There were no pictures of the bathroom. It has two steps up to use toilet which is right next to the stairs. Dangerous and hurt my knee and hip having to utilize. No rug on floor made it slippery and very cold. No cleaning wipes for disinfectant. The tv worked.
