Adorable, naturally well-lit, 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit in North Oak Park in Sacramento. Fully Furnished with Mid-Century Modern design.

Located within a short walking distance to UC Davis Medical Center and to North Oak Park's restaurants/hotspots. The neighborhood has lots to offer - from its monthly, outdoor GATHER events, a farmer's market, to a new, vegan ice cream shop, many of fun options within walking distance from the home.

Please note that the TV in this home does not include local channels or cable service. It is set up for streaming only. Guests are welcome to log in to their own streaming accounts (such as Netflix, etc.) during their stay and remember to log out before checkout

Basic Cleaning (no sheet or towel washing) will be completed every other week. The cost is $70 for every cleaning. Please note that this is required for a reservation that is 30 days or longer.
