We used the sleeper sofa for my son and the sheet had hair on it and generally was not clean. Under that sofa was very dirty - chip bag, dust bunnies. The front desk would not confirm my reservation via phone 36 hours before arrival and stressed me out. They seemed entertained by my stress. Since I was flying from Maine to California w my 10 year old son and landing at 12:55 am (3:55 am Maine time) it was important for me to confirm all would be in place upon arrival. Apparently I’m abnormal for wanting to do that - the front desk there made sure I knew it too, at 2:00 am when checking in, even joking that she didn’t have my reservation, w a smirk. I didn’t find it funny. Our shuttle driver was very kind, friendly, and prompt. Breakfast was good. Pool was as expected.

While my stay I was treated with absolute disrespect as a African American women I was called u people around 5 times we had at least 5 rooms and all of us was stopped at the front desk to identify where we were going guests that came to meet us for the outing we were attending were not allowed to come to are rooms and was also stopped at the front desk while on the phone talking to headquarters they heard the desk attendant making racial statements towards me I still haven’t heard back from headquarters after I filled a complaint never will stay there again
