Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Facilities were more than adequate for my purpose of catching an early flight. My only comment were paper thin walls, but a pair of earplugs kept out any excessive noise.

Very close to the airport and has a free shuttle. Also close to some shopping centers with markets and restaurants. My favorite is Dos Coyotes!

Average airport hotel. Room was mostly clean, the bathroom could have used a fair bit more attention though. Bed was comfy. Has an airport shuttle, although the ride was bit nerve racking on narrow roads and high speed.

I will never stay here again. Upon my arrival, I was given a room that I did not pay for. I had requested a king room and I was given a double room with the excuse that they were sold out. I had made my reservation far in advance, and I should’ve had the accommodation of a king bed as I wanted. When I called, there was no one that could assist and I was told to call the manager the following week. I can hear through the walls next-door and overall I just thought this would be a nicer facility. I do not appreciate having my request on fulfilled when I have paid full price and plenty of time to have been properly satisfied. I would like to be compensated for my stay.

The front desk were attentive and very professional. They made it possible to return our car rental the night before flight and then had a hotel vehicle pick us up cutting our travel logistics for an early morning flight the next day a no brainer. Customer service off the charts. Thank you.

Our stay was fine. We were in the room for only a few hours prior to an early morning flight. We appreciated the availability of a 4 AM airport shuttle.

The property was very well cared for and it felt safe with a security guard in the parking lot when we arrived back later at night. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was very large and clean. Would absolutely stay here again!
