The staff at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating during both check in and check out. Both processes were a breeze and they explained the amenities of the hotel thoroughly. They went above and beyond to help us find items we had forgotten at home. Room was clean, the bathroom was clean and stocked, and the bed was comfortable. It was an overall great stay!

The property is old, but rooms are clean and comfortable. Its right on the hwy, so a bit loud. The thing that made my stay unpleasant - kids running / screaming in hallways until about 10pm. The thing that I find to be bad business - undisclosed parking fee. I probably would stay elsewhere in the future.

Room was clean and had comfortable beds, but had no microwave, which is odd because it did have a mini-fridge and coffee maker. Breakfast had the basic expected items, but we stayed an entire week, and the breakfast literally never changed. The exact same, limited items were available every morning. Hotel also charges $12 a night for parking.

The room was nice and clean, stocked with the necessities, the staff was absolutely amazing, so kind, helpful, and attentive. The heated pool was wonderful to enjoy as well. I requested a walk in shower, I use a cane. Shower was fine but the toilet was very low. Very hard for a handicapped person to use. Hard for a tall person to use. It needs to be replaced. The breakfasts were good and the staff very helpful.

We have stayed at this location multiple times. We are original locals to the area, and this is definitely top 3 places to stay in our opinion. The staff is always fantastic, the rooms and facility are always clean, and Fairfield by far has the most comfortable beds! We travel a lot fir work and we have yet found a hotel that has beds as comfortable as thiers! If you in the area, this is a great stay. Its also very centrally located and close to everything the area has to offer!
