I understand that everyone paid for their rooms and is entitled to enjoy the hotel’s common areas, but we all need to be cognizant of the fact that all guests share these spaces and not all guests may appreciate their loud music or their screaming kids. "As described great location and perfectly decorated. Lower bunk was comfortable and whole apartment was very clean . Nice extra touches were available crate , dog bed and plenty of blankets and throws. "

The only small drawbacks were the very small hot water heater and the need to pick up and return physical keys at the rental office. "We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! It worked out great for 10 people, 3 generations of family. Lots of stairs was a little hard for grandparents. Loved that both king bed rooms on the 2nd floor had their own bathroom. Top floor had nice family room! And 4 kids ages 14, 12, 11 and 10 sleep well in the bunk bed room because of the cozy alcove too. Deck had lovely sunset views. Everything was well appointed. Thank you!"

"Great locationQuiet neighborhoodKitchen, bathrooms, bedding clean but entire condo looks worn.Outside the condo both front and back yards would get a terrible rating. A previous renter left chicken bones scattered in the backyard which my dog found before I did. A previous renter also hid trash bags in the wood bin that contained garbage and stunk. To the credit of the Vacasa staff local to Waterville, these issues received prompt attention for which we are grateful."

"We really enjoyed ourselves at this unit! We had 4 adults and 2 kids (3 and 5) and there was plenty of space in the 3 bedrooms, plus the common areas were open and we never felt cramped for space. This unit is in a great location thats walking distance to Waterville town center and the gym/pool, and it was quiet and serene in the summer. Some of the drawbacks:We found the kitchen was missing key items (only 1 pot holder for example) and the knives were dull, so if you plan to cook, consider bringing a sharp knife for prepping meals. The pots and pans were warped which made them slow to heat on the glass cook top, but they did get the job done. Also take note that shampoo/conditioner are not provided, but you will find a bar of soap in each bathroom.Our last concern was cleanliness- there were visible cobwebs in nearly every room. They were up along the corners, and out of the way, but they indicate perhaps the unit was not thoroughly cleaned. Again, overall this was a perfect location with plenty of space, nestled in the mountains, and we would absolutely stay in this area again, but would likely try a different unit. "
