We booked the design double room with mountain view. Room was spacious and comfortable and we loved the large open windows to be able to look out over the town. Communication for check in was great. This place also went over and above when they found out it was my partners birthday by arranging a birthday surprise for her. I would happily recommend Sapa Chill Retreat for anyone looking to book in here.

Martín who runs the hotel went above and beyond during our stay. He helped us with transportation, laundry among other things. His staff reflect his dedication to his guests.
The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants, ATM, coffee shops and shopping.
Don’t let the cheap room rates fool you, the hotel is very comfortable and great value for money.
I recommend it to anyone planning to visit Sa Pa.

We were staying for our final night of our honeymoon. The property was stunning and the gardens beautiful! We received a complimentary room upgrade and there was fruit, chocolates and a rose petal decoration on the bed. It made us feel so special. We cannot thank the team enough, out Vietnam trip ended with us feeling so special. I would definitely recommend Silk Path to friends and family and hopefully get the chance to return.

The staff at Sapa Pine Hill were so friendly and welcoming, we were blown away by how helpful and kind they were during our stay! The hotel looks beautiful, and the rooms are lovely, and there is even a special little friend that appears from time to time to say hello!

About 15-20 mins out of town depending on traffic. Very easy to get a grab from here.
We stayed in a villa and it was spectacular. The mountains views were amazing to wake up to and the villa itself was clean and cozy. We loved all the gardens and vegetables growing around us and the staff had four cats that we ended up giving way too much attention to!
Will definitely be staying here again :)

Our room was upgraded upon check in. Staff are very friendly and kind. On our last day, we had half day at Sapa as our bus back to Hanoi is at 2.30pm. We checked out early to go for a hike around Muong Hoa Valley, we left our luggages at hotel and when we came back at 12pm, the hotel let us use another room for shower to refresh ourselves for free! What a wonderful service. Hotel is conveniently located too, highly recomended.

We stayed for 2 nights over Christmas and our whole time at Aira Boutique was fantastic. We were greeted by Hannah who was very friendly and helpful. She always said hi to us when she saw us and reminded us about breakfast and afternoon tea each day.
The room was comfortable and well appointed. The balcony offers amazing views.
The restaurant is also great. Highly recommend the Chicken Curry and Duck in passionfruit sauce.
The hotel is only a short walk into town.

If there is any budget hotel that deserved 5 stars, it's this one, Sapa Garden Hotel. The rooms are big, the location is central. It is just 5 minutes walk from the Sun Plaza, the cafes, and the restaurants. The couple who owns the hotel are the nicest people. We can't thank them enough for letting us check in at 5am in all four rooms without any additional fee even though i offered to pay for early check in. It is highly recommended ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a Valley room view which was stunning! Our holiday to Vietnam was to celebrate my partner's birthday and Sapa was our final stop. There was a delicious small birthday cake and candles in the room, which was a wonderful surprise gesture from the hotel. The hotel location was so close to the town and there were two different entry/exit points which were very helpful depending on where you were heading. Breakfast buffet was included and delicious, especially the Vietnamese options. I...

Nice retreat away from the town. About 15min taxi ride. If your after peace and quite this is the place. With beautiful view of rice paddys and mountain from your hotel window. The staff were excellent, very attentive, warm and friendly. Was there for 4 nights with my partner. They noticed it was her birthday and helped me organised a nice surprise for her with flowers and a nice cake after dinner there. The manager also took us to the bus rank and help us get to our bus to hanoi. So a big thank...

The Eco Palms seemed out of the way when I was booking it online but once I got to Sapa it became very obvious that it is the best option.
We stayed in the dormitory where each bed is equipped with an electric blanket, quilt, and pillow. As we were the only guests staying in the dorm it was perfect.
The house has two shared bathrooms which are clean and cosy. There may be a wait if there are many guests.

The best choice for Sapa accomodation. You’re surrounded by amazing nature and the cabins are really great. Comfy beds, warm showers, no mosquitos. I had a great time.
