"The photos of this small apartment in the pretty bay of Cala Morell are very flattering and far from reality. The paint on the floor is crumbling from damp, there's an awful smell of cat urine, wires are sticking out of the electricity meter, every other light bulb is out of order, the shower curtain is moldy, the garden furniture is almost non-existent and in a sorry state, and the paint on the table is crumbling ....
