"Felt very luxurious. Room was very comfortable - great mattress, fantastic shower, huge towels. Balcony with fabulous views. Staff were super friendly and wanted to ensure guests enjoyed their stay. Lots of great spaces to sit and relax around the hotel. Amazing breakfast - so may options hot and cold. "

"You're not treated as a number. The staff take a genuine interest, the hotel is kept clean and furniture is either new or well maintained. The food was simple but seemed healthy. The only genuine negatives are a lack of free filtered drinking water and modernisation of bathrooms to have walk in showers rather than bath tubs which could be a little slippy"

I was asked to move to another bedroom (the first bedroom wasn't smelling too bad) on the last day and couldn't sleep at all because of the strong smell of cigarettes everywhere and the air conditioning didn't work.
