"Beautiful well equipped cottage in a prime location for walks and local pub. The Cottage fully met our requirements as a large adult family and one very small dog. Highlight was the large open plan kitchen and breakfast bar. Loved the garage for extra storage. Managed to get 3 cars (1 estate and 2 average size) on the enclosed drive. Stayed many years in Rosedale Abbey but would definitely recommend location with a fantastic pub ‘The Crown’."

"A very cute lodge in a tranquil setting. Comfortable beds, great shower facilities and a great welcome pack was provided. We enjoyed watching the wide variety of birds including pheasants and red kites. "

And they were not happy with not moving the car from the large car park at checkout, despite new guests not being able to get into the cottage for at least 3 hours"
