The property itself is in need of a spruce up and a thorough deep clean, it feels a bit tired throughout. Our children were wearing light coloured socks and due to the hard floors not being cleaned properly, they were all filthy when we left. "Horrendous experience from start to finish. DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT! i was left 6 hours away from home as the host did not send any check in details and did not respond to any messages or calls. Upon request a refund was also declined leaving me no choice but to request a charge back through my credit card company."

"No ventilation, the apartment has no WINDOWS, accept for 2 roof lights which were too high to reach. The property was booked for 3 people, I rang and confirmed but regardless there was no linen or pillows for the 3rd person."
