Beautiful, Spacious Apartment, 1st Floor, Sleeps 5

This well proportioned, spacious apartment is on the first floor of a circa 1875 Victorian Villa. It is located in a quiet area of Ryde yet it is close to transport links, parks, beaches and all local amenities. There is a local shop at the bottom of the road and Tesco is a five minute drive away. There is secure off road parking for guests.

As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen is very well equipped and your hosts provide settling in essentials such as fresh fruit, cereals, tea, coffee, orange juice, bottled water, bread, butter, milk, bacon, eggs, salt, pepper, vinegar, sauces, herbs and spices. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, a gas hob and oven, a kettle, a microwave and a dishwasher. The separate Utility Area has a washing machine and tumble dryer with access to an outside washing line if required.

This apartment has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 5. The first and second bedrooms have double beds. The third bedroom/study contains a single day bed.

There is one bathroom. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower over the bath.

The apartment really is a perfect place to relax and offers a warm home from home welcome.
There televisions in the lounge/diner and two double bedrooms. The single bedroom/study does not have a television. Internet access is available.

All linen, towels, tea towels, toilet roll, shampoo, shower gel etc. are included to make your stay more enjoyable. Beds are already made on arrival. Each room has a hairdryer and a hot brush.

The garden is available to guests.

Your hosts live on the ground floor of the property and will greet you on arrival. They will provide you with a comprehensive Guest Information Booklet which contains all the information you need to know about the apartment in order to settle in quickly.

Should you need to drop your luggage off prior to 15:00 hours, your hosts are happy to accommodate this.
