There was urine left in the upstairs toilet, the downstairs bathroom was dusty with hair around the toilet, and the bath mat had been folded up while still wet. "Its a nice hotel generally. The staff are very slow.. like painfully at times! We were there for the take that concert and they were doing free welcome drinks etc and we had a bottle of wine in our room too. Although the fact they had put the prices of rooms up by over £200 a night, it's really the least that they could do!"
