We loved our stay at Park Inn. The highlight was how friendly, kind and welcoming all the staff are. Park Inn is lucky to have such amazing staff that made our stay so wonderful. This includes Gordonn, Maria, Josee and Nelson.
The room was excellent as was the food and the WiFi was very fast.
We highly recommend staying here. We only wish we had more time to explore Kigali and Rwanda as we only had one night here.
Thank you to all the staff!

Grazia Hotel is a perfect place to stay in Kigali!
In a central location right near the Genocide Museum and a supermarket.
The pool is refreshing, great breakfast with heaps of variety, a wide range on the menu and a great rooftop bar!

Very helpful staff. Changed my room to a lower floor because of the number of stairs.
Hot water and good pressure in the shower. Promptly fixed a problem with the TV. Very central location.
One night when there was a.large event at the hotel, the restUrant staff were less attentive and the meal took a long time to come, but otherwise food and service at the restaurant very good.
