"Beautiful, comfortable hotel in very central location. The only mild criticism is lack of decaffeinated coffee. The staff were able to provide a sachet of decaff coffee upon request, but why not have the ability to offer real ground decaff coffee...in a cafetiere for instance? There were many different types of milk on offer (to meet taste preference or medical issues), so why not decaff coffee as one of our party had a dietary intolerance to caffeine."

"The hotel is in a great location, the room was a good size and had everything we needed. The shower was a little temperamental but it worked. We had breakfast included and there was a huge selection. I would give the breakfast a 7/10. The area around the hotel was lovely, very picturesque and it felt very safe. I would stay here again."

"This hotel looks grand from the outside and is in a really good location at the edge of the old town. The staff on reception were lovely and helpful at all times. The rooms were big and spacious. There was loads of choice at breakfast and the food was great - and if its nice - there are a few outside tables to eat. We had a really comfortable stay here"
