"Me and my girlfriend wanted a weekend away close by and chose Ruthin. We saw the Feathers which was very close to the centre. We booked two nights. When we arrived we were warmly greeted and shown our room and the amenities. It was only then I realized I'd booked a room with a shared bathroom. This was no problem, we were very quickly moved to an en-suite. Both rooms, en-suite and standard, were very clean, tidy, modern and comfortable. "Fantastic bb in a quiet part just off main street. A great base for exploring all that the area has to offer. We did Zip wire and Snowdon in the time we had. Rooms spotless and very comfortable with a great shower. Lovely guess lounge and really nice breakfast room with and excellent breakfast. Loved the homemade baked beans. Dave is a fantastic house, very welcoming, friendly. We wouldn't look anywhere else when staying in Betwys Y Coed now we found Summer Hill. Thanks Jo and Roy. "

I was locked out of my accommodation on the first night and had to sleep elsewhere on a couch because the auto key arrangements were not made and I could not gain access to my room.
