"Husband got trapped in elevator for an hr and so called engineer named Angel, had no clue on rules and regulations on entrapment took almost 40 min to call fire dpt for assistance.. he thought everything was a joke , additional staff unaware of protocols on entrapments. Unprofessional staff. Ice maker broken on 4th floor. Room was decent. "

"Convenient location (boring main road but near the small downtown area). Friendly staff and pretty grounds - it's several small buildings around a courtyard with pool and outdoor seating. The bathrooms and many furnishings are quite worn - it feels quite overdue for a refresh. "

It’s close to everything you need, but still quiet enough to enjoy some downtime. The unit itself is great—it has everything you need to feel comfortable and at home, whether you’re staying for a short trip or a longer visit. Everything was clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully set up.What really made the experience even better were the hosts. "Really cute cottage, and near the highway and stores. It was nice to have our own parking place since it’s on a busy street. At times we could hear road noise, but it was not an issue in the master bedroom at night.We were here when it was overly hot out. We were able to turn the mini split on in the dining room, close the other doors, and just leave the master bedroom door open. This made it cool enough for us.Two coffee pots available, both 4 cup drip and Keurig, and plenty of kitchen utensils.The owner was very responsive!"

"I loved Vivien's place! The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, and I always felt safe. It was very clean with everything you could need to make it feel like home away from home including a washer and dryer, towels and washcloths, and a full kitchen to make your own meals. The path to the unit is well lit at night time. Vivien's place will be my first choice on future trips to the area. Thank you, Vivien! "
