"Oh where to begin. The first morning my coffee maker didn't work. Someone came up to replace it and the second one didn't work. He brought the third one, a different kind, and because he spoke no english, although he was a lovely gentleman, he couldn't explain how to use it. I finally got it to work on the second morning, although it wasn't very good. On my last full day, I came back after a long emotional event and asked whether there would be any food available for dinner because the dining room was closed. I was told the roof top bar would have some appies. They didn't - only chips and dip or nuts or pretzels. They had no idea that the front of house staff had said they would have food. So I had chips and dip for dinner. I really didn't want to leave the hotel. Not very impressed at all! The room was large and lovely, though. And the staff was good. But I would never stay there again!"

Shout out to Amanda at front desk who checked us in, wished my son happy birthday, upgraded our room to accommodate a pull-out bed with no issue, and then surprised us later with a beautiful and delicious cheesecake slice on the house, for my son! He was overjoyed, thank you so much! Overall 10/10 stay. "
