"I want to preface my review with saying I’m from Florida and we’re used to seeing the occasional bug. It’s not a big deal. With that being said, room 141 dead and alive baby roaches kept appearing during our stay. At first, I saw a dead roach and thought “housekeeping must’ve missed this during cleaning.” The next day they cleaned it up and by that evening I returned to another dead one in a new area. I asked my husband did he suspect a roach problem. He stated no so we carried on with our stay. The 3rd day baby roaches were crawling on our dresser before the TV and on the bathroom floor towel! They really need to get this under control because the properly looks fairly new and nobody wants to pay hundreds of dollars to stay in a roach infested hotel.
I gave it a 3 due to that. The front hotel staff and housekeepers are friendly. The Hispanic breakfast man was extremely rude to me my first day but the kind lately at the front desk apologized for his behavior. She was pleasant each day she the general manager was extremely kind! They do a fantastic job with customer service.
If I could make another recommendation, it would be try to switch up the breakfast menu. We stayed there 5 nights and only on Saturday was the menu different & that’s a stretch( the only difference was they served bacon that day instead of sausage). Would I stay here again, no. Would I recommend it to you for a 2 day trip, sure."
