We were welcomed well even though our flight was delayed. The room was larger than expected and the bathroom had a recent update. This hotels breakfast is beyond compare and was a nice surprise. Great stay!

The hotel rooms are spacious (we stayed twice during our trip - 4 nights in a bay view room which had stunning skyline and distant bay views and 2 nights in an atrium view room which was smaller but still spacious). The bay view rooms are on the outside of the hotel so we could hear the clanking of the cable cars but this didnt keep us awake. The atrium room was very quiet. We didnt hear any noise from within the hotel in either rooms. The beds were very comfortable. The layout of the check in/reception was a bit odd - it looked like temporary work stations but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Its a short walk downhill to Union Square and places to eat but a slower walk back up! We really enjoyed the stay here and would recommend it. Its very convenient for the cable cars and China Town.

"Gave it a 4 star out of 5 due to one reason. You gotta pay for parking which personally in my opinion is ridiculous for san bernardino. $14 for parking which should be free. It isnt L.A. or S.D. everything else was great. The staff. The room. Etc. Very clean and welcoming staff."
