"Room overlooked a car park, where busy valet parking continued until after midnight. Also woken very earlier with trash truck emptying dumpsters ( as early as 5.20am). No in room safe. No daily room attendence. "

"Room was clean and spacious. It was comfortable and did not have any complaints as we all slept well. Breakfast was really good and yummy. It could be a bit crowded because it is served in a small conference style room, but our family was always able to find a table without issues. Parking was definitely tight but staff was helpful with moving cars that were on our way when needed to leave the facility. I will definitely be returning. "

"This hotel has a surprising amount of family-friendly amenities for being so close to Disneyland. My son and his buddy enjoyed the basketball court during our stay, and I could see the areas of the property that are set up for the enjoyment of younger kids. I was impressed with the variety of hot foods available for free breakfast each day. Staff was friendly and attentive, and it was refreshing to have the parking be included as well. I will return when we have our next Disney adventure!"

"No fridges or microwave unless you pay for an upgraded room which is about 20$ extra per night. Beds were so uncomfortable and likely needed to be replaced. Staff was fine. "

"Honestly I was impressed with the cleanliness and service, better than expected and better than the Fairfield we stayed at the night before. I just wish they had some USB charging ports in the room! Being your chargers and power blocks - charged phones and other accessories are essential for a long day at Disneyland. "

"Great location, service and value. Only negative would be updating the kids suite it is dated but the space makes up for it. Front desk staff and housekeeping fantastic. Location is Fantastic just fa away enough to miss the big Disney crowds. Tips: Shuttle is great value $7 per person all day $10 credit for Deli don’t forget to use"

"The room was so so. Nothing was amazing, the breakfast was worth it. But the AC in the room seemed to not work great and the bathroom faucet seemed to drip continuously if not put exactly right. Also one bed was tightly made and the other seemed thrown together making us question cleanliness. The beds were also old spring beds that were noisy. The best thing about the place is its proximity to Disney. "

"Toilet was not functioning after check-in and when we let the front desk know, we were told that we could not switch rooms and that we would have to wait until morning to have maintenance come and look at it and to use the lobby restroom. After a long day of driving this was extremely inconvenient especially since our room was on the opposite side of the lobby. When my child needed to use the restroom, we did end up going to the lobby restroom...where the toilet was clogged. I had to ask for a plunger from the front desk to unclog someone else's waste so my child could use the restroom. Front desk was unapologetic and instead of offering to help with the bathroom, they were totally fine with letting a guest take a plunger wrapped in a plastic bag. Besides that, the shower had hair in it and the blankets had visible stains. We always stay here for our trips into Anaheim and have stayed multiple times... but honestly, never again. We'll pay extra to stay somewhere with actual clean and working facilities where I won't need to borrow a plunger to clear someone else's mess."
