"Superb location across the street from the Cruise terminal makes this an ideal property to stay at pre-cruise. Staff were welcoming and allowed early checkin. The neighborhood is good for walking with cafes and restaurants nearby. The property is modern, clean and well-maintained. Our Executive room with balcony was spacious with a super comfortable king bed. However I found the furnishings to be sparse. A full breakfast is offered which we found to be delicious and good value. Highly recommend this property."

"Property is small but well maintained and staff is responsive and helpful. Young staff but attuned to senior visitors except maybe in terms of restaurant recommendations, likely due to age and income. Of front desk, DIDI was especially helpful with transportation methods and getting some things printed for our cruise as well as general area info. Some others helped with one dinner recommendation that was excellent. We did not use any other amenities. Housekeeping was very good and c efficient and effective. Room was large, comfortable and clean. Only complaint was shower which was the size of an old fashioned phone booth and not really functional for an older adult that is not super flexible. Rubber floor mat was ill sized for shower floor pan and in fact I slipped on edge and my foot hit the pan edge and something in my leg between my knee and hip pulled from the impact. So not a great impression there, the only negative. I would likely stay again."

"Cabin was very large. Special dining in the club was an interesting concept, but poorly explained by the wait staff. Dinner lasted 3-1/2 hours. Too long."

"We had a very nice stay at the hotel and I would absolutely recommend it. It is located in an ideal spot in the city close to the train station and most tourist attractions with Depot and Sonnevelde House literally next door. The staff were extremely helpful when we had a few requests and were a credit to the hotel. My only small gripe is that there aren’t enough staff on at breakfast so certain options would run out quite often. The staff were rushed off their feet and still extremely helpful but they need more help. Overall I highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay again if we visit Rotterdam."
