"I really appreciated the warm reception I received here. Upon arriving, the front desk staff member came to open the reception door for me and warmly welcomed me in. I didn’t catch her name, but she was extremely helpful and made me feel very welcome. The room served its purpose well, and the accommodation was conveniently located close to Claudelands. The laundry is a bonus."
