Private Apartment Close to City

This trendy, self contained ground floor apartment has all the extras you need for your short or long term stay. It's spacious with a full sized kitchen, luxury fittings, quality cotton sheets and a private garden with outdoor seating and a BBQ. You'll have use of all areas with your own driveway (two parks), private entrance and courtyard.

A separate lounge/dining area is open plan and elevated with views over the city and indoor-outdoor flow. The bedrooms and bathroom open off a central hall and the huge master bedroom has a private courtyard.

The master bedroom has a king bed with an optional roll-away single, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a double and two king-singles.

Located just minutes from the city center in a quiet suburban street, and within walking distance to Waikato Stadium, Minogue Park, and Te Rapa Race Course. The bus stop and one of Hamilton's award winning cafe's and the bus stop are just a few doors away.

You will have use of our swimming pool and spa which are located in the main house garden.

NB: rates may vary at peak times.

* This apartment can be rented as two or three bedroom. In both cases you have
exclusive private use.

* Owners live upstairs but are quite separate from the apartment.

Everything was amazing except the photos inferred that the pool and spa would be part of our view and easily accessible from our apartment but in reality it was part of the owners home although they were very friendly and we were absolutely welcome to use it, we would have preferredd more privacy..lacked

Perfect location for the sports fan

We went to watch a FIFA soccer match and the location was perfect - only a stone away from the stadium and shops were close enough too. We were welcomed to a warm cozy, tidy and comfortable house which made our recovery from our long tiring trip from overseas way lot easier and seamless.

Lovely, well appointed home; an easy 5 minute walk to the local Dairy and convenient store, and cafe. And a 15 minute walk to FMG Stadium. An excellent choice for our FIFA world cup pool match.

Quiet, tranquil, immaculate and well connected

The accommodation is immaculate. Set in an elevated position the views from the living space is open an far reaching. Kitchen is well-equipped all white goods (dishwasher, washing machine are pretty new). Good water pressure in the shower. We only used the two d. bedrooms they were perfectly set with good quality bedding, blackout curtains and really comfortable bebed

Spacious well-equipped location with use of a pool!

We stayed with my brother and his wife who were visiting from overseas, our local grandchildren made short visits, enjoying the pool. Ample space for all, a nice big dining table, well-equipped kitchen, generous provision of towels, lots of hot water for dishes and showers. Location was quiet in a garden setting. The hosts couldnt be more helpful when I left cooking items behind. An absolute gem of an apartment. We hope to stay again.

Very clean and the location was perfect for what we needed. Nice quiet neighbourhood. The towels in each bedroom even had little chocolates on them. Such a nice touch that you often don't see anymore. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. A place I would most certainly come back to. A+

Hamilton Surprise

We were mainly going to the North island for the women’s World Cup. We needed a home base to explore the rest of the island in between games. This was a great choice. The hosts were great. Logistics went smoothly and the house was comfortable.

We were in Hamilton for a family reunion. There with my elderly parents and my sister. Plenty of room. Very clean and tidy. Lovely touch with a chocolate treat on the towels at the end of each bed. Kitchen fully equipped with everything you need. Even had out, sugar coffee tea milk in fridge. Would DEFINITELY recommend 😀

The apartment looked like it was new or newly renovated. The owners living on the same property were really nice. The pool upstairs on the owners side was huge. Location was really good. Could have used another toilet. Que started forming very fast.

WOW!!! Absolutely awesome property. Spotlessly clean and tidy. 3 huge bedrooms. Everything you could possibly want was there. Access to swimming pool/hot tub. Short walk into town centre with bus available at end of Street if required. Cannot speak highly enough of this property. Owners Paul and Rosemary live above property but do not have a presence unless you need something. Then they respond instantly. This will certainly be my go to place next time we are in Hamilton. Hamiltonsomething.
