"80s historical architecture hotel with nice amenities. The breakfast was a particular highlight, along with the happy hour and night cap offerings. The included admission to historic Middleton Place leaves plenty to explore in your free time. Quiet and relaxing stay."

SUMMERVILLE SWEET TEA! 5 min Historic Summerville/Plantations, Renovated, Wifi!
10/10 Excellent
"Super clean, fresh with nice size rooms. Would definitely stay again! It was especially great for one of the members that was in a wheelchair. Love the minimalist styling and roominess. I agree about blinds but it added to the styling. "
"We enjoyed our stay at The Sweet Spot! It was the ideal location for our weekend in the Charleston, SC area. We stayed here with 4 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 children. There was plenty space for all of us to be comfortable. We appreciate The Sweet Spot team, and are grateful for the hospitality and responsiveness when a smoke detector decided to chirp because it needed a battery. We would happily return and highly recommend this to anyone."
"This house was a great set-up for our family to gather while we were in town for the wedding of another family member who lives nearby. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us, and the bedrooms were far enough removed from the living room that our youngest person (13) was able to sleep while the rest of us continued talking into the night. The house had everything we needed to cook dinner and breakfast during our stay, we had plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. There are TVs in all the bedrooms, but we were having such a good time visiting we didn't even turn them on!The only issue with this house is there are 2 units and it can be hard to park if the visitors in the other unit take up all of the parking. The hosts were very very helpful (and immediately responsive) when we asked where to park, but I admit I was taken aback when we were given such explicit instructions about where to park and then could not do so. "
The Caspian: family friendly haven with private pool perfect for large groups
10/10 Excellent
"The newly renovated house was great. Very well done. And having a fenced yard for our dog sealed the deal. Plenty of room for everyone. Only downside for us was the location. We were further away this time from our family and outings. That said, the house was very nice. "
"The rental was extremely clean and had everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. This included all kitchen, amenities and supplies and very much appreciated towels, and blankets for the pool in for lounging around the house. There was ample space and the bedrooms were set up really well so that you could have potentially two families and kids sleep comfortably. The backyard was amazing. We enjoyed the pool and the fire pit."
"My family and I had a nice weekend stay at this location. The rooms and space were a nice size. The location was close to local restaurants and stores. We enjoyed our stay."
