"The AC in the room worked well. The staff did not know if eggs for breakfast had dairy. There was no single vegetable for breakfast. There were no herbal tea options, only black and green. Cherish at the front desk was so nice. She welcomed us in with a smile so happy and was so kind. Beds were so soft and jumpy. They were very uncomfortable. The sink was located outside of the bathroom which was very disturbing and woke up everyone everytime it was turned on. Not very convenient. "

"Ginger was a great helpful host. Her home was very clean. She was always available for any questions we had. She left a nice bottle of wine and snacks for us. The beds were very comfortable. We had soap and shampoo, etc. Paper towels, some spices and anything else you might need. The home was well equipped. Within walking distance or a short drive to grocery stores, restaurants, etc.We would definitely stay here again when in the area."

"My complaint was some of the things I expected weren’t in the kitchen. Only a few dishes for example, no dish cloth to wash the dishes. The toilet seat was broken. Shampoo, but no body was in the dispensers. Only on hook in the bathroom. I love the concept of this suite but poorly executed."

"This is actually a nice business class hotel a lot of restaurants around. They have a small limited menu at the bar. If it’s a slow night, they will shut down the food portion so plan accordingly. Bonus the hotel is pet friendly."

"The room was clean and well furnished. I had very little interaction with staff but it was pleasant. The breakfast was not as good as I remembered. The sausage was very bad and the selection of pastries was limited. Very little fruit also."

"Property was clean and roomy for family of 4. Neighborhood is nice and quiet, with easy access to surrounding Summerville, and a short drive to downtown Charleston. It was exactly what we needed for our trip. 5 stars all around. "
