"Excellent stay for Family Weekend at CSU. The room was super spacious and clean. Beds were comfy, even the sofa bed. Breakfast was good and staff were nice and accommodating. This is definitely where we’ll stay when we visit our son. "

"This house was a great set-up for our family to gather while we were in town for the wedding of another family member who lives nearby. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us, and the bedrooms were far enough removed from the living room that our youngest person (13) was able to sleep while the rest of us continued talking into the night.The house had everything we needed to cook dinner and breakfast during our stay, we had plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. There are TVs in all the bedrooms, but we were having such a good time visiting we didn't even turn them on!The only issue with this house is there are 2 units and it can be hard to park if the visitors in the other unit take up all of the parking. The hosts were very very helpful (and immediately responsive) when we asked where to park, but I admit I was taken aback when we were given such explicit instructions about where to park and then could not do so. "
"Beautiful setting. We were the only ones we saw walking around the property in the early evenings. The Happy Hour self-serve charcuterie and cash bar on the property were very convenient and we enjoyed sitting along the river in the provided seating both njghts. We dined at the property restaurant last night and had a delicious meal. The Lake House breakfast was very substantial each morning, with lots of options. The rooms were quiet, clean, and had all of the amenities. We appreciated the availability of umbrellas and flashlights so we could walk the trails to our late dinner reservation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and all staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this place and hope to return for another visit. Unfortunately, we were unable to partake in any formal site tours because we had booked off-site Fossil digging excursions both days which kept us out past the last tour. We did enjoy doing self-guided tours of the beautiful grounds."
"Perfect place to stay during our visit to Summerville/Charleston. Beautiful home with private access. 2 beds. Full bath, with the BEST water pressure I've ever had. Roku tv, fridge/freezer. Coffeemaker and a few coffee mugs for a great wake up. The beds were so comfortable too!! "

"This property was a huge winner for my family. We were in town for my baby girls last competitive dance nationals. The house was gorgeous the open space from the front door the kitchen was a winner. The items in the kitchen made me feel like I was at home, even though we were not there during the day too much it just felt like my home. Access to washer and dryer, beach towels, regular towels, the kitchen, etc. 10 out of 10. like home. If I’m ever in that area again, I will be contacting the property owners for another stay. The neighborhood was gorgeous."
