"A wonderful place, with an amazing family led by Delia. Delia and her daughter has shown such hospitality that we are certain to be back for a visit."

"Não fui atendido na portaria, não deixaram entrar na propriedade, não abriram o portão e ficamos sem hotel, tivemos que ir até a próxima cidade buscar por hospedagem!!!!!!! "

"Very nice little bed and breakfast with friendly hosts!"

"Great location. Minutes to water taxi/bus. Multiple restaurants minutes away. Would recommend highly"

"Ok camera, bagno e parcheggio interno compreso . Pessima l' accoglienza con lamentela della signora che ci ha salutato la mattina dopo l' arrivo per aver premotato con expedia ad un prezzo quindi piu basso . Colazione in cestino in camera con soli prodotti confezionati improponibili per un b&b cosi piccolo ... Cambio asciugamani e pulizia stanza ogni 2 giorni giorni."

"Loved the location. Our room was great, quite large and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing!"

"very clean, great location, and i was at first upset that there was no window...but surprise,,,it had a giant sunroof that opened up! will return esp because of the staff. Staff went out of her way to assist in an emergency."

"Great location, very good breakfast. Clean suite and quiet at night"

"Location was excellent, access to Venice perfect, free parking!"

"Well located property, the room was minimal but had everything you need."

"Lovely property! It is so special to stay right on the grounds of this unique winery. The grounds are beautiful, the wine is very good and the Osteria serves delicious food. The rooms are a little smaller, but are very clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. We had a fantastic stay there."

"Clean and great service "

"Excellent location, very close to Piazza San Marcos!!"

"A pleasant, simple option about a 4-minute drive from Motta di Livenza. This is a family-run affair, and it may feel as if you're living in a spare bedroom - but the owners were very pleasant and offered useful restaurant recommendations, and the breakfast was solid, if not spectacular. The rural setting, though, is delightful: two vineyards are within easy walking distance, and the adjacent small road works well for a morning jog. If you have a car and want a casual experience, this could work...

"Wonderful stay"
