A modern and fairly new three-bedroom semi-detached home located in a sought-after area in the heart of Romsey, available fully furnished. The home is presented well throughout, with a delightful entrance hallway, leading through to a large, superb sitting /dining room with access through a patio door to the rear garden. There is a well-fitted kitchen with white goods, appliances, and cooking utensils included. The first floor benefits from three superb bedrooms and a family bathroom, with the principal bedroom benefitting from an en-suite shower room. Externally, the rear garden is fabulous, with a well-tended lawn, a paved patio area and a timber shed. The property further benefits from private parking on the property. Romsey train station is also located within walking distance of property and not too far from London, Bournemouth, Brighton, Winchester, Salisbury, and the Purbecks. The No 66 bus is available from Romsey Bus Station which goes to Winchester Bus Station. The M27 can be accessed at junction 3 and the larger centres of Southampton, Salisbury and Winchester are all within easy travelling distance.

Enjoyed the area. Nice location. Furniture was uncomfortable and clocks were not working. Management was prompt at responding to texts. Home was clean but starting to show some break down. Drain in hall bath shower was slow to drain and lock on powder bath came apart. All in all, I would stay again because of the surroundings. Very family friendly.
