"I couldn't get in to the property. I arrived at around 7pm and put the code into the door lock and turned the handle only to find that the door was also locked with another lock I phoned the contact number on the booking confirmation only to find it was an office and nobody was there, so I left a message, I never had a reply. I rang Hotels.com, who were very helpful. But they were unable to get me a refund. I had not read the reviews for the place, but I sugest that if you want to make booking...

"Dirty, changed my room, someone else in my room when I arrived so not safe to leave any belongings in room as someone else was in the building and had access. Didn’t send entry codes to one room. No toilet or shower so had to use a communal toilet which didn’t have any toilet paper. Cheap for a reason. Clearly are not cleaning the rooms. Wouldn’t risk sleeping under the sheets so slept on top of the quilt "

"Firstly, our hosts were fantastic – they made us feel very welcome. Their family were also very friendly and helpful.The accommodation was perfect for our family, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean, comfortable, and had a great private garden area for relaxing in the hot tub. The location was perfect for our visit to Paultons Park, with it being just a stone's throw away.The local pub recommended by Chris and Lisa was fantastic. "Owner was super nice and very accommodating with our change of schedule (due to train issues). Place was clean. No A/C (that we were aware of), which we opened the window. Unfortunately, it was a Friday night and the people outside were a bit loud for awhile (not the owner’s fault). The only downside was we found out we were only renting a room when we arrived, not the apartment itself. Great location and close to the cruise terminals."

"The property was run down. I The room was very basic. 2 beds and a sink. The bathroom and toilets were communal. Only one of the power outlets worked. It smelled of mildew. The kitchen areas were filthy. This is a case of you get what you pay for. It worked for the night."
