. Breakfast was high quality and very substantial also the patio by the stream with koi carp pond was a nice bonus. Parking was easy as the owners had off road parking Hopping to be back in the near future. "

"The house was one of the most unique buildings I've stayed in and this really added to enjoyment of our experience. The host was great at communicating and answering all of our questions before the stay. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a welcome gift on our arrival. The guest book had plenty of information on things to do and places to eat. Highly recommend this place if you're a big group looking for a place to stay in the Southeast"

"Our group of 7 adults, 4 children and a

thoroughly enjoyed their stay at Nares House. The weather held out for us so we could enjoy a bbq on the second night in the beautiful garden. There isn’t much walking in walking distance of the house however there are a lot of things to do a short drive away, like Port Lympne safari park, Rye and the beach. I definitely recommend this house as a base to enjoy all of the things the local vicinity has to offer."

"Check in easy, location fabulous. Bed comfortable - we slept really well - must be the sea air! The extra touches for our furry friend were spot on - doggy bowls and doggy treats were most welcome. Only very small gripe - we could’ve done with bigger towels but overall what a lovely break we had. "

"Was dissatisfied that you no longer accepted cash I’m 68 and don’t use a card I had to use my savings card surely it should be optional 😩😩 therefore it restricted 🚫 what I could buy 😳😳 when we arrived we were given a room number 0140 and in the bathroom there was puddles and mould on the floor I went downstairs and explained to David who PROMPTLY found us another room 259 it was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds I didn’t want to use my card so I was restricted we were made very welcome the breakfast was hot and tasty the Sunday lunch was beef or gammon thats day I had the beef it was so so tasty and the vegetables were cooked perfectly and the staff were polite and we enjoyed our stay there was lots to do around the area and the Harbour Arm was brilliant and the local pubs were very welcoming and not overpriced 😁😁😁 and ACCEPTED CASH "
