"Excellent hotel in a great position for all of Rome attractions, staff very helpful and friendly. Very comfortable room but a bit small. Roof terrace/bar was an added bonus. Only problem was a noisy room clean above us at 7.45am on a Sunday morning."

"We arrived early at the property around noon. We had to wait until 2:00 p.m. for our check-in. The check-in had taken us another two hours before we got the key to our room at around 4:00 p.m. The staff at the Excursion counter (Stephanie) was helpful. The Ricone Restaurant's was good."
