"We received the class of customer service that one hopes for when traveling abroad. The attention we received from staff was extraordinary. When we arrived I was very sick. One of the women at the front desk took the time to personally walk my husband and I to a nearby clinic and speak on my behalf. I will never forget this kindness and professionalism. Beyond that the rooms were well appointed with great attention to detail. The location is also perfectly situated near everything but not in a crazy congested area. Overall - fantastic!! Thank you. "The hotel's services were exemplary, beginning with our communication prior to our travel was efficient, including arrangements for airport pick-up and drop off. The front desk and including other staff were courteous and helpful. The room was immaculate, spacious, and complimented with delicious breakfast. The location is directly opposite the Pantheon added to its appeal. My family was fortunate to find this hotel, and I would recommend it to others. We intend to return in the future."
