Gem of a find

Deluxe room was large, spacious, with a contemporary feel. A small hotel in a good location and the service was excellent. Breakfast was fairly limited but adequate, I'd definitely come back again.

Perfect!

Pretty close to the train station - we walked! Close to two metro stations. Easy walk to plenty of landmarks. Great view, clean airy room, lovely helpful staff. We couldn't have asked for more!

Fine budget hotel

Close to the train station, in a neighborhood with restaurants and shops and near many attractions and a metro stop. It is on the upper story of a building that includes at least one other hotel (the other hotel has the sign on the outside). The rooms were basic but comfortable and very clean. An excellent breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Alessandro gave us a warm greeting, he was informative. He was so kind to prepare an espresso for us very early in the morning before we left to tour Rome. Very nice, private property near the train and tourist attra tions in Rome.

Rome short stay

This is in a very good location. Fantastic service and very helpful staff. Reception is only manned until around 10pm but that wasn't an issue for us. Fair amount of comfort but it was 3 single beds and a little hard.

Not having any control of the HVAC unit, was a major issue that couldn’t, or wouldn’t, be fixed. When we arrived, the room was very hot. The staff said that they could not switch to cooling mode until “winter was over” (this was at the end of March). Fortunately most of the days were cloudy so radiant heat from the sunshine didn’t heat up our room. But don’t tell that you can’t control the HVAC unit when I know that you can. Don’t let the customer adapt to your business practices, accommodate them as much as possible.

Good locations, disappointing room

I was expecting so much more from the room. I know it’s a city centre location but the photos are misleading... I did a lot of research and was still let down by the room size. Saying that, we were staying with a small child - for a couple the size would probably have been ok, but still disappointing.

The location is excellent. We walked everywhere in Rome from here. Even to the Vatican! All together we walked 50.7 miles in ten days, but saw everything! Trevi Fountain, Coliseum, Spanish steps, and Roma Termini are all nearby. Hotel staff exceptional. Breakfast good, but simple. Small issues were iron leaks water and room maid always forgot to leave soap and body wash for some reason. Unfortunately 3 issues that were more disappointing: 1. Walls ceiling and floors have no soundproofing. We heard everyone’s conversations and crying babies around us. 2. Sewage plumbing smelled grotesque. Every drain smelled like raw sewage until you tan water in it. 3. Night entry difficult for even my petite wife to get through doorway. Only half of the double door opens after 5 pm. I would still stay here again, though.

This hotel is in a great location - walking distance to major attractions, many dining options, and shopping. The room was spacious and clean and had all that we needed. The staff were helpful and kind, but please note that they are only there until 5pm each day, so if you are having any issues you will have to contact the number given for a neighbouring hotel for help. Luckily we didn't have issues other than a small issue with our AC which resolved without needing someone to come in to fix it.The breakfast had a nice variety, cafe & cappuccino also available upon request. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The view from the room was amazing. The breakfast was a nice bonus. The location was an easy walk from the Rome Tremini terminal as well as to multiple tourist sites like the Trevi Fountain, the Santa Maria Maggiore and the Spanish steps.
