The room was clean and the staff was quick to respond and accommodate requests (they allowed two separate beds rather than one shared bed.) For the price, we got what we wanted. The room is within about a 30 minute walk to the Vatican City.

The service was outstanding! Miguel took care of all our needs, answered all our questions picked us up from & to the airport. Was very attentive and provided us with a map of the area and suggested places to eat. There's a small grocery store by the hotel so we were able to buy snacks for breakfast including water. The gentleman who cleaned our room everyday was also very nice & helpful, I would definitely recommend this hotel! Outstanding service & nice staff.

Hotel maravilhoso em cada detalhe! Edoardo foi extremamente solícito e muito simpático durante esses dias de hospedagem. Nos deu várias dicas, explicou sobre Roma,os lugares e comidas que deveríamos conhecer, enfim. This was a great place to stay. It was clean. The staff was nice. Actually I didn’t see the staff after doing my checking however somebody came in every day I made my bed and I appreciate that. I was not able to utilize the airport pick up because I don’t speak Italian. I finally figured out how to use this app and google to speak to people in Italian.The location is great. Take a right out of Republica metro station. It is on the back side of Republica - so right And right again and one more right. It’s on the right. Termini Metro station is close too. It’s a 5 minute walk from Republica. This place was convenient.

This is an AirBNB style property with 4 rooms, small reception and attentive hosts. The rooms are new and currently comfortable condition on the ground floor of an apartment building. The furniture is IKEA and will not stand up to commercial use. The walls have NO sound proofing and you hear everything and can be heard, including low talking. The location is behind Vatican City and 5 minutes walk to the metro and supermarket. A few restaurants in the neighborhood but you will likely be enjoying the center where all the tourist attractions are located. I wouldn’t stay again when other budget options are available.

Het was netjes en schoon. Iedere dag werd de kamer schoongemaakt, 1x (van de 3 nachten) schone handdoeken gekregen. Eigenaar behulpzaam en fijne communicatie. We konden gebruik maken van het algemene keukentje en de zitjes. Centrum en Vaticaan goed bereikbaar. De douche deed het de eerste dag goed, daarna alleen nog een zwakke straal. Als de buren laat thuis kwamen of kletsten, was dit goed te horen. Oordoppen mee gelukkig!

Cool place

It’s a pretty normal hotel. Is actually like a living room with five rooms, is not a hotel per se. It is pretty clean, neat and nice. I loved the location (if you’re traveling solo) is a couple blocks away from the Vatican, there are a lot of places to go eat and drink. I enjoyed it, although I think it’s a little bit overpriced for what its worth, but I 100% recommend lt.

This is a great place to stay. Only other observation is that you can hear everything around you and everyone can hear you. Because of the type of facility isn't insulated as hotel rooms, any noise makes a lot of noise. However, great location, excellent staff, and would definitely recommend.

I was there for couple of nights to go to Lazio v Celtic game, the hotel arranged transfers to and from airport at a good price, the room was fine but basic, it was clean, although the walls could do with some decoration. Location is ideal for the Vatican and the nearby metro would get you other attractions. There are a couple nice places to eat nearby, the host was a great help pointing out the easiest way to get around. I would recommend this hotel to other travellers
