The woman who checked me in was very efficient and kind. One of my suitcases was stolen from my train and I was rather depressed. She said she could help me file a report and was very solicitous. Then another women led me to my very nearby apartment, which is so spacious and well equipped.

On our second night, the power in the unit failed. There is no on-site maintenance nor on-site management after hours. I called their emergency number and spent one hour trying to troubleshoot the issue. Basically unplugged everything and turned off all swithches to no avail. The mangement representative said they could not get an electrician out at that time of night. I had to take a cold sponge bath as the unit has one-demand hot water which needs power to operate. We had to pack under the light of a cell phone flash light. In seeking compensation, they finally offered $53 off of a $300 charge for that night - this only after contacting Expedia. The mattress in the bed was horrible. Not conducive to a comfortable night sleep. There are other issues with the apartment which are too numerous to mention in this review. This is not a "Luxury Room" as the name might suggest. Certainly not worth $300/night. Find a reputable hotel if you want a truly comfortable experience in Rome.

Two night Stay Rome
Good location in Rome, 20 - 25 min walk to the main attractions. A lovely traditional Italian restaurant very close by. The accommodation- rather complicated to get into which was a bit off putting when we received the instructions but turned out to be manageable but was concerning as reception only manned to 6pm and we were to arrived 6.20pm but we got there. The room - no view if you need one we didn’t, bedroom and bathroom far from the best we have experienced and not as good as we had at another accommodation we experienced the last time we stayed in Rome but was fine and was very quiet which was good. As a gold hotel.com member with the many locations I have stayed I have NEVER been asked for a breakage’s deposit, which required to be paid in advance of travel before the access code were released and this was an issue for me because of this I would have difficulty booking with this group again. This may be a new thing in Rome and in hotel.com but one we would rather avoid. So if the deposit / access code system did not exist would would consider rebooking for 1 night, if it did we would not.

My rating would be better but the room was dirty, the bathroom had mold and was dirty, the bedsheet has a lot of strange hairs all over that were not ours, the blankets that were in the closet smelled really bad, they smelled like sweat and like they hadn't been washed at all, it seemed they used the same sheets from the previous guests. The people that were taking care of the property were nice and very informative about the restaurants and actibities near by. I would not come back to this hotel.

Not managing by professional , people who cleaning the apartment also managing the front fest , mostly not available I had one night of my stay with no power , no body was around , the next morning I asked them for discount because of inconvenience and talk to manager , they didn’t care or follow up . Very disappointed also that I trusted Expedia they always a have good hotels , that’s why I chooses this hotel !!!

Convenient and safe
Centrally located close to good public transport and good restaurants in the area. Very safe at night and staff very helpful. It’s almost like an apartment where you had access to a small kitchen. Our room had an adjoining room - v convenient to put suitcases etc and had a fridge and sink. Be careful taxi driver dropped us at another address nearby - also trinity rooms - be sure to confirm the road. Easy self check in after hours

Good little location. Where we were was a small 12-15 minute walk from Roma Termini, which isn't bad at all for the price. Staff is nice and quick and responsive.

You get what you pay for
Given that the toilets are shared it was sort of similar to getting a double room in a hostel except the hostels I've stayed in the past were in a much better condition than this. The matress and the pillows were just dodgy.. They need to invest in a least some new pillows for guests. Luckily we were both too tired to care Overall honestly I think you can do better by finding another alternative.

Good stay
The place was very comfortable for my family. We were four adults and one child in total. The rooms were spacious enough for the amount of people that we’re going to sleep in them. The bathroom was a bit small for the amount of things it had but overall it was good and there was really hot water! One of the beds was really a cot which didn’t make it so comfortable to sleep but the rest of the beds were good. It had the plates, pans and cups needed. One thing it didn’t have and it’s something that it’s highly recommended it’s a microwave oven . The staff was really friendly and helpful. It was located very close to a supermarket and pharmacy which made it very easy for us to get groceries constantly. This is not a luxury place but it certainly has most of the things that you need to have a comfortable stay with the family for a few days.

My experience at this hotel was terrible. As soon as I get to the apartments, since I knew the check in time wasn’t until 2pm I asked for the restroom; however the lady at the lobby had a bad attitude and told me there were no bathrooms. I asked her again and she said there was only a private bathroom, so she finally let me use it. Then when it was the check in time we had to walk for 10 mins with all the bags til we got to the apartment. The apartment does not look good at all, some of the sheets were stained just like the walls and the towels smelled bad. Ugly place and bad customer service. Don’t book this place!

Terrific Trinity
An excellent place to stay for a long weekend in Rome. Great location, lots of cafes and restaurants very close by. We had a triple room, it was very clean with fresh bed linen and towels. A little fridge and pretty little balcony. Great WiFi too! An added bonus, the tap water is more than safe to drink. We had a shared bathroom, but there is two and we never had to wait. They were very clean with lots of complimentary toiletries. Sami was very welcoming and helpful. He highlighted on a city map the key places to visit, shopping areas etc Our boarding passes were also printed for us free of charge. Highly recommended.

Nice price and pretty clean. The recprtionist was very nice and informative. My only issue would be location. It was pretty far from everything. Will need to taxi or use metro to go to major attractions.

Good place for a few days, great location
It is a great location. Just by the bus stop where I can get a bus to any place of the city. Weird part is that the "check in" is in one place and our room was like 5-7 min walk away from there so we had double trip with our bags. In the description it was written that there is an AC but host didnt propose the remote so we kinda were freezing. Breakfasts are also in the description but also noone proposed. Communication was perfect though - we needed a kettle and iron and they gave us very fast with no problem. Room itself was big but empty. Reminded of a hospital room a bit. But bathroom was really nice. To stay for a few days it's totally good, especially location!

Can't expect more at this price in Rome center
Fairly standard. Staff are very nice and helpful. The apartment occupies certain area of 1st floor of a building by a door with key. There are 2 shared combined toilet and shower rooms. They are OK. The building itself seems quite old and you can imagine some noise from toilet, upstairs and street outside. Question of taking the price or comfort like hotels.

Fraud at the hotel
It is a shady hotel near a corner of the market. the booking confirmation mentioned 11:30 AM as the check in time, and I arrived at 11:45 AM. But the receptionist asked me to wait for couple of hours as the room was not ready and repeatedly insisted to pay the amount. Sensing foul, i insisted to inspect the room. the receptionist told me the room is into a different building. on my repeat request, she deputed a old & shady lady with me..we went after a 10 min walk to a dilapidated building, and to our shock, the room was nowhere close to the photos shown on expedia. the receptionist mentioned they owe no responsibility for photos shown on expedia....we straightway rejected the booking. To our shock, an hour later, the receptionist initiated the check in and charged our credit card (details entered in expedia website) although i had opted to pay at hotel at a Euro5 extra charge. i have already raised a transaction dispute with my bank and escalated to expedia. expedia has already shrugged their shoulders and i am continuing to fight. with my sight of the hotel - DEFINITELY not recommended for families....the hotel owner is a fraud, and the photos shown are nowhere close to the reality at site....

Love the location, hated the shower
Great location in a less touristy part of the city. We walked to all attractions (except for the Vatican), most within 15-30 minutes. Negatives include the air conditioning unit that blew directly towards the bed, which made sleeping somewhat uncomfortable. The bathroom was huge but the shower was tiny and difficult to move around in without accidentally hitting the faucet handle. The hot water also fluctuated by itself.

Perfect Location
The location was superb for what we wanted to do, easy places to walk to and eat and shop. Public transport was fairly easy especially with the receptionist informing us of everything we need to know and what bus to take. It was superb stay!
